Should I have my newly built condo Inspected? Should I...? Part 1

All too often people choose not to have their condo inspected, especially newly built ones. While the interior of the unit looks great, how does the rest look?! 

CONDITION: The roof installation was of amateurish work; and as a result, water was being trapped between the membrane leading to what will be, multiple roof leaks.

IMPLICATIONS: Roof leaks and material deterioration.

RECOMMENDATION: Replace the roof. With all the collective issues found on this particular building, repairs are too extensive and risky and is recommended to start over. A proper installation and better application of torching (at least the top layer of this two ply system) will allow the roof to properly perform its intended function and give peace of mind to both co-owners and builder.
