While the interior of the unit looks great, how does the rest look?!&nbsp;CONDITION: The roof installation was of amateurish work; and as a result, water was being trapped between the membrane leading to what will be, multiple roof leaks.IMPLICATIONS: Roof leaks and material deterioration.RECOMMENDATION: Replace the roof. While the interior of the unit looks great, how does the rest look?!&nbsp;<br /><br />CONDITION: The roof installation was of amateurish work; and as a result, water was being trapped between the membrane leading to what will be, multiple roof leaks.<br /><br />IMPLICATIONS: Roof leaks and material deterioration.<br /><br />RECOMMENDATION: Replace the roof. With all the collective issues found on this particular building, repairs are too extensive and risky and is recommended to start over.
